Rochelle Webb is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of The Dialectic Compound. Her focus is on the growth and development of the company and its proprietary software offerings.

 

Rochelle has extensive management experience across a mixture of Fortune 500 companies as well as new ventures across all life stages . She has successfully led global planning and execution of marketing activation initiatives in over 175 markets around the world.  She is masterful at molding product messaging for contextually relevant environments in order to drive consumers to make purchase decisions.  Because she has held several leadership positions with some of the world's most iconic brands, she is able to isolate the real operational issues that create barriers to growth for thriving business models, and identify the best activation team to get the job done.  

 

Rochelle holds a BA from Boston College, in Chestnut Hill, MA and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where she focused on general management and entrepreneurship.
